We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, along with the confirmation email we send to you after your reservation is completed ("Confirmation Email"), form a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Guest") and Havasu Home Rental LLC ("Company"). This Agreement becomes effective 24 hours after the Confirmation Email is sent ("Agreement Date").  

By receipt of this rental agreement and payment for your stay, you confirm your acceptance of this Rental Agreement. Key Definitions:

"Guest" or "You/Your": Refers to the individual(s) making the reservation and all other individuals staying at the property. "Company" or "We/Us/Our": Refers to Havasu Home Rental LLC, the property management company. "Property": Refers to the rental property located at the address specified in your Confirmation Email.

Purpose of the Agreement :The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms of your short-term rental of the Property for vacation

purposes.
